# Manage class

يمكنك عرض المواعيد والاجتماعات وجدولتها وإدارتها في Microsoft Teams للتأكد من وجود الفريق على المسار الصحيح.

#### عرض الاجتماعات

* حدد **التقويم** لعرض المواعيد والاجتماعات في يوم أو أسبوع العمل.

  تظل هذه المواعيد متزامنة مع تقويم Outlook.
* حدد دعوة اجتماع لمعرفة ما يدور حوله الاجتماع ومن الذي سيحضره وللرد على الاجتماع.

#### جدولة اجتماع

1. حدّد خيار **اجتماع جديد**.
2. اكتب عنوان الاجتماع وأدخل الموقع.

   يتم إنشاء اجتماع عبر الإنترنت بشكل افتراضي.
3. حدد وقت البدء والانتهاء، وأضف التفاصيل إذا لزم الأمر.
4. أدخل الأسماء في المربع **دعوة الأشخاص** لإضافتها إلى الاجتماع.

   **ملاحظة:** لدعوة شخص من خارج مؤسستك، اكتب عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الخاص به وسيحصل على دعوة للانضمام كضيف، حتى لو لم يكن لديه Microsoft Teams.
5. اطلع على توفر الجميع في قائمة **الحضور**، وإذا لزم الأمر، اختر الوقت المقترح أو حدد **مساعد الجدولة** للاطلاع على المزيد من الأوقات المتوفرة في طريقة عرض التقويم.
6. ضمن **تحديد قناة للاجتماع بها**، حدد السهم المنسدل لإدارة إعدادات خصوصية اجتماعك:
   * حدد **بلا** للمحافظة على خصوصية الاجتماع.
   * حدد قناة لفتح الاجتماع إلى أعضاء الفريق.

     إذا تم نشر اجتماعك في قناة ما، سيظهر ضمن علامة التبويب **منشورات** . يمكن لأعضاء الفريق تعيين جداول الأعمال أو مشاركة الملفات أو إضافة تعليقات.
